How I Built a Global Business From a Small Bavarian Town
For years, my business life was centered in Nürnberg, one of Bavaria’s biggest cities.
I loved the energy, the constant movement, and being surrounded by opportunities.
Client meetings, events, late-night strategy sessions — everything felt fast, loud, and full of possibilities.
But over time, I realized something:
The pace that once motivated me was starting to drain my creativity.
I didn’t just want to work harder — I wanted to work smarter.
Leaving the City Behind
Making the decision to leave Nürnberg wasn’t easy.
For a long time, I believed I needed to be where things happen to build a successful business.
But as my work evolved, so did my priorities:
I wanted more focus, more freedom, and a space where big ideas could grow without constant noise.
That’s why I moved my business to Neunburg vorm Wald, a small historic town in Bavaria, surrounded by forests, lakes, and castle walls. And it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made.
The Burgfräulein Café – My Creative Hub
Shortly after moving, I opened the Burgfräulein Café inside medieval castle walls.
It’s more than just a café — it became a creative hub.
Entrepreneurs stop by for coffee, creators come to brainstorm, and sometimes business strategies start on napkins next to cappuccinos. We talk about social media, AI, content strategies, and how to build businesses that fit our lives.
Some of my best ideas — and most impactful projects — started right here, at a little table by the window.
Running Global Projects From a Small Town
People often ask me how I manage international projects from a place most people have never heard of.
The answer is simple: Technology and AI.
With the right workflows, I can:
Plan and automate content for clients across different time zones
Build AI-driven strategies for brands worldwide
Host online sessions with Academy members in multiple countries
Leaving the city didn’t mean leaving opportunities behind.
In fact, it opened the door to global projects.
What I’ve Learned Along the Way
Moving from Nürnberg to a small Bavarian town taught me three things:
Space creates clarity → Less noise, more focus, better creativity
Community matters → My café became a local hub for entrepreneurs and creators
Location doesn’t define success → With the right tools and strategy, you can work globally from anywhere
This mix of local roots and global reach has become my biggest strength.
Looking Ahead
We live in a time where success is no longer tied to a location.
Social media, AI, and digital tools allow us to build global businesses from anywhere.
For me, this small Bavarian town is the perfect base — a quiet place where big ideas grow.
