From Sixth Grade to the JahnClub – My Unexpected Journey into Football

When I was in sixth grade, I faced a decision that felt huge back then:
FC Bayern Munich or TSV 1860 Munich.

For anyone outside Germany: these are two of the most famous football clubs in the country, and the rivalry between them divides entire classrooms – and sometimes even families.

At the time, I had just moved to Germany with my parents. I was almost 11 years old, trying to adapt to a new culture, a new language, and a completely different environment. At school, friendships sometimes depended on which football club you supported.

And me? I simply wanted to belong.

In the end, I made my choice – but honestly, it was never really about the team.
It was about the feeling of being part of something bigger.

From Football to Entrepreneurship

Fast forward to today, and life looks completely different.
I’ve built my own business, opened my café inside a medieval castle in Bavaria, and founded the SMART SOCIAL ACADEMY© to help entrepreneurs master social media, AI, and content strategy.

But one thing hasn’t changed:
I’ve always loved bringing people together. Creating connections. Building communities where ideas can grow. That’s why I was excited when I was invited to become a member of the JahnClub.

For context: SSV Jahn Regensburg is a professional football club in Bavaria, and the JahnClub is its exclusive business network. It connects entrepreneurs, creators, and decision-makers who want to exchange ideas, collaborate, and create impact.

For me, it felt like coming full circle.

My Visit to the Exclusive JahnClub Event

Recently, I attended an exclusive JahnClub event, and I have to say – it was truly inspiring. It wasn’t just about football or business; it was about the people.

I met fascinating entrepreneurs, shared ideas, and discovered new opportunities. There’s something special about standing in a room where sports, business, and innovation come together.

And yes – seeing my photo in the local newspaper covering the event made the moment even more memorable.

What I Took Away from That Day

Looking back, my sixth-grade dilemma about Bayern or 1860 seems almost funny now. But it taught me something important:
Belonging matters.
Community matters.

And that’s exactly what the JahnClub represents for me today – a place where people and ideas connect. It’s not just about football. It’s about partnerships, collaboration, and creating something bigger than yourself.

Looking Ahead

This event reminded me once again that, no matter how digital our world becomes, real connections are irreplaceable. I’m excited to see what projects, collaborations, and ideas will grow from this network.
